The Tejuosho Market Portal is a digital platform operated by GOS Services Limited ("the Company", "we", "us") to manage Tejuosho Shopping Complex, Lagos. The platform provides:
By registering an account, accessing the web portal, or installing the mobile application, you confirm that:
3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 Account Suspension: GOS Services Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
3.4 One Account Per Shop: Each shop stall may only have one registered owner account. Multiple accounts for the same stall are not permitted.
4.1 Bill Payments: Shop owners are responsible for paying all bills assigned to their stall, including rent, service charges, electricity, and other levies, by the due dates specified.
4.2 Late Payments: Bills not paid by the due date may attract penalty charges as determined by market management. Overdue bills may result in service suspension.
4.3 Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Paystack, a third-party payment processor. GOS Services Limited does not store card details. All card transactions are subject to Paystack's terms.
4.4 Refunds: Payments made in error must be reported within 48 hours. Refunds are subject to review and approval by market administration. Electricity top-up units once credited are non-refundable.
4.5 Receipts: Digital receipts are generated for all successful payments. It is your responsibility to retain these for your records.
5.1 Meter Assignment: Electricity meters are assigned to shops by market administration. A one-time meter purchase fee applies.
5.2 PIN Security: Your 6-digit meter PIN is confidential. Do not share it with anyone. GOS Services Limited will never ask for your PIN. Lost PINs can only be reset by market administration.
5.3 Top-up Units: Electricity units purchased are non-refundable once credited to your meter. Units are calculated based on the current rate per kWh set by administration.
5.4 Rate Changes: The electricity rate per unit may be adjusted by administration with reasonable notice. Continued use of the meter service constitutes acceptance of updated rates.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
GOS Services Limited will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Tejuosho Market Portal is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice to users.
All content on the Tejuosho Market Portal, including but not limited to the software, design, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of GOS Services Limited and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission from GOS Services Limited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of the Tejuosho Market Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
GOS Services Limited reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes via push notification, email, or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Tejuosho Market Portal after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
